I've been working out fairly regularly for years and am in pretty good shape by most people's standards but am getting huge benefits from Elements. I can basically hang out in a deep squat now, forward folds are easy, I can now briefly hold an unsupported handstand solely due to the high frogger and monkey.

Thank you to GMB Fitness for your Integral Strength program. My exercises are coming along well, my rowing has improved due to a stronger motor movement in my legs and my running posture feels great.
I recently ran the Great Wall of China marathon. Despite not having trained for it, I completed it. It took 10 hours and 5 minutes, included over 10,000 steps with 3,300m of elevation.
I think my shrimp squat practise most days is what has made my legs strong enough to complete a challenge like this with little running training. Thank you, GMB!
No Aches or Pains... "Even at 45"

Overall, I just feel thrilled with the whole program. I am so close to being able to do that first unassisted pull up. And I know my form on push ups is a million times better. I can even do strong form on an unassisted ring dip.
But it's the little things which make the difference. I have no aches and pains. I can get into a deep squat and just relax... it feels like the best stretch.

Before summer, I was training for a hiking trip that would have a 4000-feet elevation gain over 6 miles peaking at 13k. I used Mobility as a warm-up for my training sessions for about 50 sessions, 5-days per week, leading up to this trip.
While going on some acclimatization hikes, I immediately noticed how I could traverse over, under, and around rocks and dead-fall with ease. My flexibility, mobility, and strength at weird joint angles was incredible. After that experience, I use Mobility for 15-minutes as a warm-up for every single training session.
